INTERESTS & HOBBIES: I'd say music (listening) is my #1 interest, and everything else kind of comes after that. I like collecting records, collecting vintage toys, arts & crafts, reading, and video games. For more specifics, see my profile and sticky posts.
LOOKING FOR: People who write about day-to-day shit and/or any of my interests. Not so into fan-fiction, so if that's the majority of your journal, I'm not really interested.
ANYTHING ELSE?: I use this as my actual journal, and I have like actual opinions on shit that I may express from time to time, so yeah just be aware that you may disagree with me occasionally! My point is, let's agree to disagree when we need to, right? Also, I'm a pothead, so steer clear if talk of marijuana makes you uncomfortable. I previously went by the username henwifeheart but I’ve gone through a lot of lifestyle changes since my last listing here, so I thought I’d see what I find.

NAME: Ann of Owlshire
AGE: Early 40s

INTERESTS & HOBBIES:
Writing (novels and narrative design);
Journaling - as well as online I also love notebooks, fountain pens, inks;
Gardening and small-holding activities;
Crafts involving string (at the moment mostly into spinning wool and embroidery with a side of knitting);
Reading;
Playing with my toddler;
Cottage witchcraft/paganism/mythic imagination;
Hiking in countryside/woodlands;
Traveling and living abroad (I’m an American who has emigrated to the UK);
Gaming (primarily LARP, board games, and table top RPG).

LOOKING FOR: Journals reflecting on everyday life, similar hobbies/interests as mentioned above.
ANYTHING ELSE?: My family moved from central London to a stone cottage in the woods of England (which we call Owlshire) a few months ago and we’re doing/having a lot of restoration/repair work done on the house and property. I occasionally photospam on the topic. I recently made the change from stay-at-home mum to full time working mum (although I’m lucky to be able to work from home) and it’s been a major shock to the family!

I don’t generally like to read about or discuss politics on my DW, and although I’m very supportive of fandom, it’s not really my thing to read or write about.
