Greetings, all! We've been active on Dreamwidth for a couple years now, ever since a similar but smaller exodus to the current Tumblr goings-on (old LiveJournal refugee here.) Seeing how many people are coming this way now (hello and welcome, all of you!) I thought this might be a good chance to expand our friend circle a bit.

INTERESTS & HOBBIES: The furry fandom, if the icon didn't make it obvious. Video games--if you check out my blog, it's like 99% gameblogging. I just posted a year-end GOTY award nominations thing of what I've been playing this year, I have some CD-i games I just eBay'd that I'm very much looking forward to sharing when they arrive, I have a Pokemon SoulSilver Let's Play I still need to finish.... So yeah, a lot of indie esoterica and retro stuff of questionable taste, gaming-wise. Non-gaming wise, plural stuff (trying to include Sara in things more now) and power metal.

LOOKING FOR: Friendly friends! Yoom-tah! I mean um, nice, open-minded people who are also into the kind of stuff mentioned above, or at least interested.

INTERESTS & HOBBIES: I like books, reading, writing, talking about, etc. People, countries, languages, travel all belong to my interests. I speak several languages, have lived in a number of countries... so, in the end I don't really belong anywhere (and I do belong everywhere!), which is probably why I try to keep this journal anonymous: I'd like to avoid labels. No idea, if this will stick.

ANYTHING ELSE? Trans mtf, not especially trusting of self descriptions because I can't uphold one for more than a week, but this one has lasted 6 damn years so I think it's pretty solid. In my personal, non-internet life I know at least 3 other trans people which is weird because all of them came out well after I met them. I wonder whether or not it's a coincidence. On a different note, I am not certain if anyone likes my writing because it didn't get even a little traction on Tumblr. Maybe I just never figured out how to boost my content there.
