Eyo what's up folks
NAME: SiliquaSquama
AGE: 26
INTERESTS AND HOBBIES: Steven Universe, writing fiction, non-military sci fi, non-eurocentric fantasy, Music, Minecraft (hit me up if you want to play over LAN port forwarding).
LOOKING FOR: fellow Minecraft players, people to share short stories with.
ANYTHING ELSE? Trans mtf, not especially trusting of self descriptions because I can't uphold one for more than a week, but this one has lasted 6 damn years so I think it's pretty solid. In my personal, non-internet life I know at least 3 other trans people which is weird because all of them came out well after I met them. I wonder whether or not it's a coincidence. On a different note, I am not certain if anyone likes my writing because it didn't get even a little traction on Tumblr. Maybe I just never figured out how to boost my content there. Or maybe I didn't put in enough effort. Ah, well, that ship has sunk. Show me your short stories and I'll show you mine.

Hello!
Also, audience response on one venue is not a reliable gauge of your skill. Here on DW, my fans are wild for poetry. On AO3, nobody wants poetry, they want fiction. Very little overlap -- and yet, I've sold fiction, poetry, and nonfiction in mainstream markets. If Tumblr didn't give you much encouragement for your writing, try it here. There are DW communities for writers.

Re: Hello!
It certainly helps. Some people will comment regardless, but there are things you can do if you want more.
