NAME: Oraien (pronounced like the constellation, Orion)

AGE: Early 30s

INTERESTS & HOBBIES: Animals; horses, snakes, invertebrates, rabbits, cats, dogs. I'm vegan and very loosely spiritual; I have no problem with anyone else's spirituality/religion as long as they practice tolerance and allow me to the same courtesies- also do NOT judge people for not choosing to be vegan and really hate all the “you're not vegan so you're a murderer” mentality out there.

I love all kinds of music, reading mostly sci-fi/fantasy but a smattering of other genres as well, doodling/drawing on occasion, world-building and writing, astronomy, psychology, theology, friendly debates and listening to other people's opinions, photography, video games, yoga and the relentless pursuit of long-hair.

I am interested in a lot of different fandoms but Fandom is kind of intimidating so I'm mostly a quiet lurker. I can talk about or am happy to listen to talk of a lot of shows, comics, movies and franchises. I'm particularly into Transformers and the More Than Meets The Eye/Robots in Disguise comics right now.

LOOKING FOR: People that write about their lives, their hobbies, whatever. I don't always comment because I don't always know what to say, but I'm around reading.

NAME: Gemma
AGE: 20
INTERESTS & HOBBIES: I am active in fandom, details of which can be found on my sticky post on my journal. I love to read, and while I have not much time for it during the term, I have every intention of marathoning some over the summer. I have begun to take more care of my body, and am starting a fitness regime to lose weight and become a healthier person overall. I'm also starting to discover how to care for my curly hair, something I never used to do at all. I am an engineering student who is also interested in many different aspects of science and how it progresses, especially science's efforts to improve our environment and become more sustainable.
LOOKING FOR: I am both a fandom and real life type journal. I am looking for either type of journal, if we have things in common I would definitely like to hear them!
