Hi. I'm an LJ refugee.

I'm a thirty-something male, American, and an introverted bookworm who largely keeps to myself in real life. I'm on more intimate terms with some books on my shelves than with most people I know. But I spend my time in my head, pondering. And I write out my thoughts and feelings. And if you want to know the real me, reading my journal is probably a better bet than meeting me face to face in real life. :-)

I have interests in science-fiction and fantasy. I don't write fanfic, but I do like my tv shows and movies. You have been forewarned.

My other interests are history, art, religion and the paranormal, and nature and the environment. And just getting through a day's work.

I am generally upbeat, laid back and friendly. Some things annoy me. Like Twitter.- Twitter is EVIL. And constant drama. And preachy in-your-face sermons, whether of the religious or political kind. But those things aside, I can get along with most people.
