Greetings and Salutations!
I'm rather new to dreamwidth, although I've been on LJ for a couple of years (as ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
sammiifer if anyone is from there). I've become pretty frustrated with LJ being down all the time, so I've moved over there and am trying to find some friends, since my friends list is very small here. :)

AGE: 32 (7/23/78)
LOCATION: Northern Indiana, USA
EDUCATION: BA in Political Science with a minor in international studies, 1 year of graduate work in Irish History and politics
RELIGION: Quaker
POLITICS: Far left
TV SHOWS: Supernatural, LOST, Grey's Anatomy, Charmed, Dr. Who, Heroes, Star Trek (all of them), Moonlight, Firefly, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Scrubs, Criminal Minds, Flash Forward, Flashpoint, The West Wing, Quantum Leap, Avatar: The Last Airbender, House, Glee

WHAT I POST ABOUT: There's really no one thing. It's whatever is on my mind at the time. I post a lot about Supernatural, my biggest fandom, but also about trips I take, things going on in my life, my hunt for a job, and politics will definitely pop up as well. I don't think I'm any more or less depressed in my journal than anyone else, but if I'm down I probably will post about it, so be prepared.
WHAT I WANT IN A FRIEND: I'm really not very picky. Basically I want someone who's 18+, and who shares at least one interest with me. Religion, politics, location, sexual orientation, none of that matters at all as long as you're a respectful and open-minded person. I don't care if people disagree with me (civil debate is fun!) as long as they can engage in civil discussion and not flaming or hating.
