Hello! I'm a 23-year-old INFJ urban fantasy writer with aspirations of publication and world travel. I've bounced around a lot between journal services, but finally decided it was time to stop being such a digital hermit here at DW!

The basics
I'm a vagabond by nature; the best two months of my life were spent backpacking around Europe with my four best friends, and my Bucket List just keeps growing. I like to dance badly, contort my body into whacky poses via yoga, and jog. Artistically, I write, collage and pretend like I can draw.

I'm straight but not narrow, and my political views are definitely on the left side of the spectrum. My sense of humor tends to be dark. I'm an eclectic pagan whose spirituality plays a large part in my life.

I only hang out in the fringes of fandom, although I've been known to gush about Stephen King's Dark Tower series, Supernatural, Durarara!!, and Doctor Who. Favorite authors include Joanne Harris, Francesca Lia Block, Markus Zusak, Philipa Gregory, Ann Patchett, Stephen King, Neil Gaiman, and more poets than I can possibly list here. The movies I could watch over and over are ones like The Fountain, Cold Mountain, The Duchess, In Bruges, The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, and Princess Mononoke. Disney flicks are also my not-so-guilty pleasure.

I've been totally fascinated with Tudor England and 20th century history for years. I love Greek, Egyptian and Norse mythology, and fairy tales. I have ferret named Sela and a collection of vintage hats. I'm addicted to my headphones; my musical taste is pretty diverse--you name it and I've probably listened to it at least once.

What you'll find in my journal
Day to day adventures, musings about politics and my spirituality, talk about books, movies and TV shows, digital art, traditional art, story snippets, poetry... Everything but the kitchen sink, basically.

I'm an INFJ fantasy writer. I'm a big fan of Doctor Who and obsessed with the Tudor family, especially Henry VII and his wives. I'm a leftie politically but don't talk about that much. I also write and pretend I can draw.
