Hello,
addme! I come here, as many folks do, by way of LiveJournal. I am Lena, twenty-four years old, an Alabama resident, and a graduate student in history. I am a feminist, a lesbian, and a princess. I own two cats, named Vesper Lynd and Mr. Bond. I collect designer perfume, cosmetics, pens, and books. I play Vampire: the Requiem in my spare time, I write fanfiction for Sailormoon and Casino Royale/James Bond, and I am working on my first novel.
Things I (will) post: photography, my writing, poetry, current events in my life. While I consider myself to be an extremely political person, I view my journal as a respite from that (extremely pressure-filled) side of my life, and will likely post political entries with a warning. That being said, I am so left that I consider the word "left" a pejorative term, but I will be happy to add folks of all political leanings. Things I cannot abide: sexism, racism, homophobia, religious narrow-mindedness, and other social ills. I imagine that I will not lock entries in this journal, and so I imagine I'll have a very open friending policy.
What I watch: Revolutionary Girl Utena, Oniisama e, Hellsing, House M.D., The Tudors, Bishoujo Senshi Sailormoon, Voltron. Films I enjoy: Casino Royale & Quantum of Solace, The Golden Compass, The Duchess, Marie Antoinette, Star Wars, the Harry Potter films. My favorite books and authors: the Harry Potter series, Gregory Maguire, Margaret Atwood, The Other Boleyn Girl, George R. R. Martin's A Song of Ice and Fire series, Lilith Saintcrow...
I am looking for: sensitive people with refined taste; cultured individuals; anyone who shares my interests, and has a wish to enjoy a genuine friendship. If you think we'd be excellent friends, please, don't hesitate to speak up!

Your cats have awesome names! My cat is called Milo but I considered calling him Mr Darcy. I think it's really cute when cats have Mr names XD
I don't really have much time for fandom these days but I love Sailor Moon and James Bond and will probably read your fic :)
I'm a left-wing feminist too. I don't tend to write about it much because I feel like other people say it all much better than I could, but I do reblog a lot of feminist stuff on tumblr and I co-mod a body-positive tumblr here.
I love Harry Potter too. I really want to read A Song of Fire and Ice; I've wanted to for ages but now I keep hearing all this stuff about the upcoming HBO adaptation and I want to read it more than ever! I'll put it on my Christmas list, I think!
