addme | Starting over I suppose

I'm not really a LiveJournal refugee or anything because, while I had a livejournal, I rarely used it. I was mostly there for my best friend. However, I think coming over to dreamwidth might be a nice new start for me and will give me an outlet I probably really need right now. I'm not very active on here right now because I just started out, but I want to be. I'm not really picky as far as what kind of friends I'm looking for here. I mostly just want to interact with people who have common interests and differing interests alike. Maybe I'll learn something new that way. :) I just want to make decent connections.

A little bit about me:

I'm 23. I turn 24 on October 10th.
I love, love, love to read. I'll read almost anything.
I collect words like others collect coins or dolls or books.
I'm currently addicted to The History Channel and history.com--especially The People Speak.
Currently working towards an AAB and then will choose a Bachelors, but right now haven't even thought about that.
I love pink. I do. I can't help it. I love tiaras, frilly dresses, cute shoes. I'm a girly girl.
I'm snarky, sometimes witty, and sometimes even pretty funny.
Music. Any music at all, but mostly indie, singer-songwriteresque stuff.

I'm not sure what else is interesting about me..or if any of that is haha. Hopefully someone will feel like we have some stuff in common :)
