Location: It's very sunny, I can tell you that.
Relationship Status: Married to a nice lady.
Children: One daughter. We plan on having another one... at some point.
Pets: I have a hamster and a rabbit. They're both pretty amazing.
Hobbies: Reading, playing video games, swimming, bubbles. I enjoy bubbles.
Three interesting/random things about you:
1. I'm a complete klutz. I stabbed my finger with an umbrella the other day and I still can't properly explain how I managed it.
2. I enjoy learning about history and religion. And people. People fascinate me.
3. I think in every accent but my own. (I don't have an accent, though, so that's not very exciting.)
Favorite bands: I will listen to pretty much anything. If I had to name some, though, I'd say... Franz Ferdinand, Tegan & Sara, Maria Mena, Rasputina, Sarah Slean, The Fratellis, St. Vincent, Tori Amos.
Favorite authors: Alison Weir, Neil Gaiman, Sarah Dunant, Suzannah Dunn, Vanora Bennett, Janet Finch, VC Andrews. I also enjoy the Harry Potter series & Twilight.
Favorite movies: Cold Mountain, Beetlejuice, Romeo + Juliet, Shakespeare in Love, Elizabeth, The Messenger: Joan of Arc, Coraline, P.S. I Love You, Pulse, Shutter, Jesus Christ Superstar, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, The Usual Suspects.
Favorite tv shows: Veronica Mars, Law & Order: Criminal Intent, The Tudors, Heroes, Dead Like Me, Arrested Development. I just started on Supernatural and Dexter and I'm enjoying them both so far.
Favorite video games: Resident Evil, Devil May Cry, Suikoden, Tales of the Abyss, Final Fantasy, Chrono Cross, Silent Hill, Legend of Dragoon.
Favorite anime/manga: Monster, 20th Century Boys, Angel Sanctuary, Chrno Crusade, x/1999, Yu-Gi-Oh!
About My Journal: I'm still working on getting it set up, but once it's up and running, I... will update about everything. Real life, fandom interests, entirely random and pointless things. Um, I do have a habit of rambling a lot about history (mainly the Tudor era) now and again. I'm still at the stage where I'm deciding what I want to do with my life, so that comes up, as well.
