Hey, look, it’s another LJ escapee.

Anyway, important points:
I am a 21-year-old Virginian currently majoring in wildlife conservation at a small college in an oh-so stereotypical small American town in Pennsylvania. I have an unhealthy obsession with refrigerated Reese’s Pieces and cheap wine. If it’s Russian, I probably love it, and I’m big on road trips (and other kinds of trips, but road trips especially) and vintage cars. I am a dirty, barefoot, tree-hugging, animal-loving hippy, even though I sometimes pretend not to be. I try not to get up on my soapbox, but occasionally I fail and write up a rant of epic proportions.

When not whittling away at the epic amount of homework I always have piled up, I can be found playing way too much Left 4 Dead 2 and Sims 3, horseback riding, wandering aimlessly around town, reading five books at a time, and writing things I never finish. Other hobbies include: photography, drawing, hiking, travelling, crocheting, playing my guitar, and stuff I can’t think of right now, but there’s more. I like trying new things

Belief-wise, I’m an agnostic independent. I like my fences. Sometimes I talk about religion because I love religions and sometimes I rant about politics because politics and politicians make me angry, but usually I steer clear of those two subjects on my journal because I don’t think about them too much.

My DW is just a baby right now, but as someone who’s been blogging for a long time I can say: I’m fairly sporadic in my posting in that I can either post daily or weekly or somewhere in between (but I always post at least once a week unless I’m on a trip or something). However, I check my ~~friends~~ reading list every day and I comment whenever I have something to say, which is often. My entries are usually about day-to-day happenings (most often things I thought were funny or things that really pissed me off). I very rarely get angsty, but it does happen.

All I want in a friend is someone who is 1) fairly tolerant, 2) interesting, and 3) going to drop a comment once in a while (I don’t demand comments on everything).
