Name: Rowen
Age: 27
Gender: Non-binary (He/Him)
My fandoms are: Steven Universe, Sailor Moon, Stop!! Hibari-kun, Ranma 1/2, Chobits, Higurashi, Anne of Green Gables, The Twilight Zone, Vocaloid, Hey Arnold, The Boondocks, Yuri on Ice, Gravitation, George A. I'm looking to meet people who: Are of many different backgrounds, aren't ableist, are accepting even if they don't fully understand what I'm experiencing, and are welcoming of others. We don't need to agree on everything, I'd like to add, but I'd still like to get to know you.
My posting schedule tends to be: Weekly, usually. Dreamwidth is my online journal, for the most part, so as you can imagine, I'm no stranger here.
When I add people, my deal-breakers are:
Age: 27
Gender: Non-binary (He/Him)
I mostly post about: Things going on in my life as well as deeper thoughts that I am having.
- I regularly post about my life as someone who has DID and is a part of a system.
- I also do a lot of posting about my experiences with gender (I'm non-binary).
- I post about goal-setting as well as general interests as well.
- I also like to post about trying new things.
- I sometimes post about my experiences with religion, both positive and negative. My system is interfaith, so there's a lot of diversity in this domain.
- I keep things on my blog SFW, and any time I talk about potentially triggering topics, I warn people up front before putting the post behind a "Read More".

When I add people, my deal-breakers are:
- Transphobes and Homophobes
- Racists (I'm mixed and come from a very diverse family)
- Islamophobes (I may be an ex-Muslim, but I still love my Muslim friends and family)
- Bigots against other religions (yes, even Christianity)
- People who don't believe in Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID)
- People who post NSFW images without putting it under a "Read More"
- Ex-religious folks from all sorts of paths are welcome here. We can deconstruct together, if you'd like.
- Religious folks are also welcome here. I'm not here to police your life. All I ask is that you don't police mine.
- I do post about trauma stuff sometimes (though I try not to disclose specifics), and like I said: Any time I talk about potentially triggering topics, I warn people up front before putting the post behind a "Read More".

I think you sound like a nice and interesting person and I would love to get to know you better.
A late, very sweet friend of mine had DID so I definitely do believe in it and have no qualms about getting to know somebody who has it.
Oh and I am also non-binary so we have that one in common ;)
Would you like to be friends?

You sound pretty awesome yourself! We can absolutely be friends if you'd like. Feel free to add me if you'd like and, if you'd be okay with it, I'll add you too. ^_^

Also I love your username. Would you believe that I never saw Back to the Future until maybe one or two years ago? Sad, I know, but it's a good movie! My dad showed it to me, and now it's a movie I happen to treasure. I enjoy every movie my dad shows me, for the most part. I just feel honored that he feels like he can share things with me that I, too, can pass on to other people with a sense of joy. I cherish those moments that I get to have with my dad, most definitely. So, again, love the username. It brings back a good memory. :)

Thanks! I didn't know what to use as a username and rather than go into an overthinking spiral about it, I let the first idea that came to me be the username. And then I immediately thought about the fact that years ago I was involved with a roller derby group and someone recommended that my roller derby name be "Martyr McFly" because I love Back to the Future. And so I was like, "not a bad choice" haha. I don't see myself as a martyr or anything, roller derby names are just supposed to be rad like that haha. I think it works well enough.
I'm really glad it brought up a good memory :-). I don't think it's sad you hadn't seen it for a long time, honestly, I think it's a blessing for you that you eventually got around to it - those films are so great! BTTF and Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure, when I was a kid, really set me up for a lifetime of just loving the idea of time travel. I don't know if I'd be a Doctor Who fan today without Back to the Future cementing the "coolness" of it in my youthful brain haha.
Glad we're added!
