Found this comm when giving another new user ideas on how to find friends! So... here's my addme!

I mostly post about: I post updates on my writing (it's NaNoWriMo right now), I make book lists (am planning on getting into review writing in the new year), I post my Star Trek fanfiction (fairly infrequent), and sometimes I write little entries on what I'm up to. Planning on getting around to doing rec-lists, talking about star trek, books, and video games, posting pictures of my knitting projects when I get around to finishing the darn things, that kind of stuff.

My hobbies are: Writing, reading, knitting, playing video games, collecting books (star trek paperbacks!) being a bit obsessive about tracking my reading and writing, obsessively customizing my DW journal theme

My fandoms are: Star Trek! ... that's it, it's just Star Trek. All or nothing, baby.

I'm looking to meet people who: Like to post about their hobbies and like to talk to people about them, and are chill and nice!

My posting schedule tends to be: Frequently and sporadically!

When I add people, my dealbreakers are: Politics, long posts with no cuts (I'll read them but it makes navigation hard), mean-spiritedness, bigotry, etc.

Before adding me, you should know: I do post my fanfics from time to time (ie whenever I finish them, so fairly infrequently) but I slap the main text under a cut so the post isn't super long. And also that I don't grant access to f-locked posts right off the bat, so please don't be offended if I subscribe but don't give access!

Long time senior Star Trek fan here! Just finished reading your Chekov/Kirk zombie story--nice! Will add you. Hubby and I are currently playing Ghostwire Tokyo and are Playstation fans. :)

Oh, I love all kinds of books! My favourites are thrillers or non-fiction books, and I am always in the market for pretty graphic novels as well.

oh thrillers are so fun! I need to read more non fiction. I used to read a lot more popular science but this year I've been reading Wheel of Time and I think that's taken over the time I usually spend on non fiction
