I mostly post about: Mostly fandom or media thoughts, maybe some personal stuff if anything interesting comes up but that'll probably be infrequent.

My hobbies are: reading, writing (fanfic/RP), video games, movies/tv, anime/manga, comics, kpop, online TCGs, making icons/gifs/etc

My fandoms are: I'm not "in" fandom the old school way, when we all had like one or two fandoms we were super involved in haha, nowadays I enjoy talking about whatever I've recently read/watched/played. You can look at my tumblr to see what kinds of stuff I'm into but it's usually a pretty broad variety of fandoms at a time. To name a few examples right now I'm playing Persona 5 Royal, watching Star Trek DS9 and Lycoris Recoil, re-reading Leigh Bardugo's Grishaverse series, and reading Witch Hat Atelier, Spy x Family, and Houseki no Kuni as ongoing manga.

I'm looking to meet people who: Share similar interests or like to talk about their hobbies! I don't have a lot of unique hobbies myself so I enjoy hearing about what other people are into, and of course I enjoy finding new series to get into based on other people's recs.

My posting schedule tends to be: I haven't properly blogged in a long time, I used to post often on LJ/DW but haven't done so for about 10 years now. I'm trying to get back into the habit with this blog as a fresh start, so posts will probably be sporadic, just whenever I've got time to make a post.

When I add people, my dealbreakers are: Probably the same as most people who frequent DW? No ultra conservatives, people who like starting drama or being jerks online, that sort of thing. Also no minors please, though I can't imagine many kids use journaling sites these days.

Before adding me, you should know: I'm totally fine with people unsubscribing/un-whatevering if you find my posts not to your liking after friending. I know it's hard to tell if you'll vibe with someone off only one or two posts, and my blog's pretty brand new.

Apologies, I thought I'd replied here but apparently I forgot, oops. I'm happy to add but I did want to mention that I do enjoy fictional romance/shipping so my blog won't be completely devoid of that kind of stuff. If that's okay with you feel free to add me but I wanted to leave it up to you just in case!

oh! yeah! all good! I fear coming across as... aggressive? about that stuff but it's not a whole deal-breaker! I'm more chill than I tend to sound, really. I struggle with words and want to be clear but don't like to sugarcoat... anyway, sure, I'll add. :')

I'm happy to add back! I'm a fan of several of the FFs, 8 and 12 are probably my favorites but I really like 7, 10, and 13 too :)

Oh, your layout is absolutely lovely! :D And super happy to see someone mention Gundam Witch from Mercury :D You might be interested in following anime_manga as well. A few of us have been doing reaction posts for on-going anime and I was planning to attempt one for Witch from Mercury to find out if anyone else is watching out there :)

Thank you! And thank you for the comm rec, I'll have to take a look. :) I'm normally pretty bad at keeping up with currently airing anime but it definitely helps to get motivated by other people talking about new episodes haha.

I like to write ghost stories, horror, and urban fantasy. I have one self-published novel, co-authored with my wife. I'm kind of an old school goth... and I love a pretty broad spectrum of music. Also pagan.

I have probably too many hobbies. I play a few instruments, I brew beer and mead, I target shoot and have put together a few of my own guns, and I'm also working on building my own bass guitars.

On politics, I am assuredly not far right... I am rather staunchly libertarian, which basically means my beliefs can be summed up by "don't hurt people, and don't take their stuff"... or in pagan terms, "'an it harm none, do what ye will."

As for what I generally post about... mostly day to day stuff. Sometimes hobbies are involved, sometimes abuse survivor stuff.
