I think it was a while since I did this last, and in the spirit of NaNo - I could always do with more friends!

I mostly post about:

Writing, some real life stuff including mental health, a lot of ballet and a lot of RP. Usually I go by a posting format that reads: a quote or poem I like, a video off the Internet that I like, real life/writing update and a fandom/RP update. Currently, I'm doing NaNo and try to do daily updates about my writing process, that should naturally end by December, but I see myself as a frequent poster for the most part. Can be daily, normally at least once a week, minus the periods where I go quiet due to mental health stuff.

My hobbies are:

Ballet, Takarazuka, poetry, writing (both fanfic and original), RP.

My fandoms are:

Although I'm not terribly active anymore, I do dip my toes in the Takarazuka fandom from time to time. Star Wars (mainly Clone Wars and the most recent Disney series) through partner fandom osmosis. My own main fandoms right now are all tiny and old, like literary classics such as The Lady of the Camellias by Alexandre Dumas, The Inseparables by Simone de Beauvoir and Sappho's poetry.

I'm looking to meet people who:

Write! Who like to read old, dusty stuff! Who're into Takarazuka (to maybe rekindle my obsession) or who like ballet (or, really, any kind of performative dance), though I know that's a long shot.

My posting schedule tends to be: daily/weekly/monthly/sporadic/etc

It really varies. At the moment, you can probably count on a post or more a day, but there are periods when I don't post at all. I always return, no worries.

When I add people, my dealbreakers are:

No bigotry, my space is queer-friendly, no TERF territory, racism-free, etc. I don't talk politics a lot, but I'm Danish and probably very socialist by most American standards.

Before adding me, you should know: Although I don't respond to other people's stuff a lot, I love to talk and will always respond when getting comments. I always read other people's entries, too, unless they're marked with something I'd rather avoid. I'm quiet, but engaged.

Hi! I'm a musician and not especially a dancer (I did dance as a kid), but there are overlaps between them. I'm interested in writing and have written some fiction and poetry - I'd like to get back to it when life settles down for me. My journal is mostly about RL stuff, including music.

Chopin's one of my favorite composers. :)

Along with Beethoven, he is definitely my number one, though I like a lot of different classical composers.

Hi! I'm an over-40 trans guy [he/him] and I identify as a queer/gay male so definitely no TERFery or homophobia here, I despise bigotry, etc. I'm the cooking/art/theater kind of gay so I would definitely appreciate reading about things like ballet. I write, though most of it is gay erotica [I don't post my fic on my journal, though], but I enjoy interacting with other writers and people who enjoy books.

I am very socialist by most American standards, even though I myself am American.

Hey, you sound very interesting and I'd love to get to know you. I'm a 35-year-old gal from Canada who also loves reading old, musty stuff as most of my favourite books are at least a century old, heh. I'm also an ex-amateur dancer who plans to get back into dancing in the future, and I enjoy art, poetry and writing as well.
