(no subject)

Hi! My name is Jules, I am 24 and from Denver. I just moved to DW after posting on LJ for almost 7 years. I am going to school for meteorology and math, and in my spare time I garden, do modular origami and I am trying to learn programming in Python, so I talk about these things a lot, especially meteorology, since that is my baby really. :D I like some anime and gaming, but I don't really do fics or shipping or anything like that. I also am teaching myself (on and off since school keeps me busy) Korean, Japanese and Russian. I am trying to keep this journal as positive and cheery as possible, since I posted wayyy too much angsty crap on my lj. I figure this can be my new era of thinking happy thoughts. xD

Anyway, so yeah! Let's be friends! :3

Hi Jules! I love reading about people who garden, I sometimes make origami cranes and I have been taking Japanese classes at college myself. I don't spend enough time thinking about meteorology so I'd love to read what you have to say about that. I am going to add you - hope you don't mind! =)

Ooh, meteorology and languages! And a cheerful disposition? :D I must admit I don't know much about meteorology, but I'd love to read more about it, assuming you post about school. I do, however, have a great love for languages and can talk forever about them. I had a thing for Japanese a little while ago, but have since moved on to others (a pipe dream of mine is to learn every language ever, lol), and Korean is one of them (or so I plan)!

You sound nice, mind another friend? :)

I definitely rant about school a lot :D There will be more weather rants in August since I am only taking a math class this summer, no meteorology ;A;

But I know how you feel with wanting to know every langauge ever, I am the same way!

Hey Jules! I'm 23, from IL but just moved to FL. Pensacola too, the oil has come to our beaches :( Right when I friggin move here too! Go figure! I'm the same, I'm into some anime and gaming but not enough to go crazy over it in that sense or anything. I'd loooove to learn Japanese xD

I'm doing the same thing, I've moved here from lj and I'm trying to make this a more positive atmosphere for my ramblings, maybe we can help with that =P
