Lookin for new people!

Hey! 

My friends list has gotten pretty quiet over the last little while so I'm looking for some new friends!  I'm 31 years old, I love cats, reading, video games, horror movies, hiking and lots of other stuff, I'm sure! I'm an accountant (VERY exciting!) and I also go to school part time so one day I can be a better accountant..  I post about once a week, but I usually comment/am active more frequently! I guess also during quarantine/pandemic days I have a bit less to say than usual, but also yearn for more socialization!

I'm open to people of all walks of life except bigots of any kind! If you have any questions let me know - or else give me an add :)

Heyyyy, I love me some horror movies! I mostly post about work (news media), hikes and nature reserve visits, writing, and books I'm reading, plus random life updates. If you look through my blog, you'll mostly just see daily writing logs, because I keep pretty much everything else locked to friends, but I promise there's more than just that lmao.

Oh, jeez, what a tough question to answer! For classics, I love the original Wolf Man with Lon Chaney Jr., and for 80s-era, I'm a sucker for anything John Carpenter or Cronenberg (but I absolutely love Fright Night as well). And for modern stuff ... damn, absolutely anything by A24. I just watched The Lighthouse and really liked that, and rewatched Midsommar recently too (because, no spoilers in case you haven't seen it, but someone online tipped me off to some really cool Easter eggs I missed the first time). What about you?

I have never seen the original Wolf Man. I will definitely check it out! I have seen & loved all the other movies on your list. I will have to read about easter eggs and re-watch Midsommar, I loved that movie but I got the feeling I missed some good references! I was also a big fan of Housebound, and the Babadook, and It Follows. Plus heaps more...!
