Hello, new friends. I've just decided to come back to journaling after a long break and unfortunately most of my reading page has also decided to take a break and since I don't know when they'll be back I think it might be fun to find some more new active posters to chat with. I have a long and sorted history with online journaling, I've been doing this since I was sixteen with very few "breaks". I don't post every day, but once I get into it I'm usually good for a weekly update.

NAME: Halley, Hal. Halley Jade.

AGE: 27 (as of last month)

INTERESTS & HOBBIES: Video games, art (drawing and sculpture), anime (I watch a lot of anime, it's hard to narrow the list down, 80's and 90's is a huge part of my general aesthetic too), figure collecting, "bears, beets, battlestar galactica", music, youtube, traveling.

LOOKING FOR: Anyone who post regularly! I love to read and I love to learn about people.

ANYTHING ELSE?: I'm an animistic pagan, I practice witchcraft so I tend to romanticize daily life. I love to shop, I get bored easily. I'm bisexual and I have a boyfriend of nearly 2 years which is my longest relationship, I honestly have no idea what I'm doing in life and I constantly question my decisions. But I'm always honest, I hate drama and give 100% to everything I love.

Hi! You sound like somebody I'd like. My journal is a mix of squeeing about video games (currently Final Fantasy XIV and Final Fantasy Brave Exvius), talking about crafting (I knit and crochet), with a healthy dose of daily life and introspection.

I tend to post a few times a week. I also hate drama and try to avoid it. I'm mentally ill but currently stable, and so I talk about my mental health a lot.

I'm all juiced up over FFVIIR at the moment :D. I played a bit of XIV, it looks amazing but I'm so new to online games! I think there's a learning curve I haven't gotten over haha.

My first night in XIV I spent a lot of time running around aimlessly, getting lost. It's unfortunate that the three starting cities don't have the best layouts, so it's easy to lose your way. I started in Gridania, but Limsa Lominsa and Ul'dah are no better.

If you decide to give XIV another try, I'd be happy to answer any questions you have. It's got a great story, and lots of good quality-of-life little things. For instance, it explicitly tells you what to do next for quests, which is a very nice feature. I'm Althea Valara on Coeurl, Crystal data center.

I've downloaded the FFVIIR from but haven't played it. I'm torn whether I should or not; I can't afford the game at this time and don't want to risk falling in love and then being bummed I can't buy it.
