NAME: Michelle
AGE: 42
INTERESTS & HOBBIES: Too many to name. I like all kinds of stuff. It's probably easier to tell you what I DON'T like: racists, homophones, low vibrating judgmental people
LOOKING FOR: I am looking for anyone and everyone. Even if we are nothing alike, I will still love reading about you. We don't have to have anything in common. We can have a million things in common. I am a philosopher and a lover of the human condition. I am open to people from all over the world, all walks of life and all cultures. In fact, if we are different, that will be so interesting to me. But honestly, if we're alike I'll find that interesting too. I love people...online <3
ANYTHING ELSE?: I had a journal at LJ since back in the coon ages. I've been online since 1996, so I've seen a lot of evolution. Through the e-evolution, many people dropped LJ and journal communities such as these in favor of Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, whatever. This is not to say I don't like those platforms, I do. But there is something intimate about these journaling communities where we bear our souls and make connections that are so much deeper than the surface apps/social media platforms. I still have a handful of connections from those days, and I cherish them. But I want more people to read about and interact with.
Looking forward to meeting you and learning about you and your unique life <3

... I presume?
This said, I'm not overly fond of homophones, although I can appreciate their aesthetic amusement. Any dog which will echo a bark at the bark of a tree or financial institution that opens on the bank of a river.
> low vibrating judgmental people
Ummm.. What is low vibrating?
I feel like a real old-timer, FIDONET and BBSes from 1987, Usenet in the early 90s to early 00s, then Livegerbil and friends. :)

Low vibrating people are often miserable, wish to entrap others in their misery, don’t want to be kind, just...really any person who wants to spread hate and bile.
Oh man, I remember when the internet was literally only message boards (BBS) with zero graphics. I wasn’t a regular back then, but I was always interested and I looked over the shoulder of anyone who had a computer back then because I needed to know! I was always so enamored with technology. An Aquarius living in the age of Aquarius to the hilt.

Ahh, psychic vampires of the worst sort! Yes, give them a very wide berth.

It was a strange and wonderful world back in those days, and in many ways I miss them.
Someone has done something quite beautiful and saved a "best of" the period.
