INTERESTS & HOBBIES: Primary hobbies include writing my first novel (or attempting to), reading, and prolific cursing at drawings I'm unhappy with (unfortunately, it's prit'near all of them). Video games are a delightful past time and I favor RPG and action-adventure genres. I'm also a bit of a softie for visual novels, preferably ones I can nab on Steam or Vita as I loathe the idea of paying for individual chapters for VNs on my phone. There's also my unashamed love of office supplies that have raised many an eyebrow. I also fancy conversations that devolve into a blithering mess of fun and confusion.

I also enjoy documentaries, preferably anything dealing with the universe, when I can force myself to sit down and watch them.

LOOKING FOR: Folks who are up for a jolly good chat. It'd be nice if we had a few interests in common but if we don't, that's no biggie either.

ANYTHING ELSE?: When I say I'm aiming for a short journal entry this time, do not believe me. I don't believe me when I say that. I have a tendency to go a bit in depth with some things, so I'm not really a short and sweet kind of writer. If you're not fond of long entries, we may not be a good match.

I'm in the process of thinking about doing something with my InsaneJournal and I've pretty much jumped ship from LiveJournal. I'm merely hanging onto LJ because I'd be remiss to let go of a permanent account.

I've recently come back to blogging myself. I went for a long while of being unable to write anything to forcing myself to sit down and type at least every other day.

I am trying to get into this habit but have been running myself a little ragged with other obligations. Trying to really buckle down on myself and limit taking on extra responsibilities so I can accomplish what I want instead!

Cullen is my favorite repeat character in Dragon Age. I just love everything about him

Oh definitely take some time out for yourself, even if it isn't necessarily for blogging. If it's for blogging, we'll call that a fantastic bonus.

I'll admit, I didn't actually get into Dragon Age until Inquisition but I have every intention of diving into Origins and Dragon Age 2. Apparently I'm very good at playing games out of order.

Yay! Glad to have you! What are your favorite pens? Mine tend to be gels. The ink joy are currently my faves, but for work I love the air gels. :)

The type of pen I like to use depends on my mood, oddly enough.

At home I love using my fountain pens (Lamy Safari and Pilot MR Metropolitan) but will switch over to Pentel RSVP ballpoints or BIC Atlantis Exacts.

It's really hard for me to pick a favorite because I love switching up what pens I use a lot. It's terrible and I love it. Which probably explains how I start off with 6 pens at the beginning of a semester and 30 at the end.

You know, I've had my car for two years now and I've yet to come up with a name for it. Well, other than what my dad enjoys calling it: "Forcus".

I haven't played Fallout New Vegas, though I do own it, but I've played a few hours of Fallout 3. I'm quite adept at dying, let me tell you.

I didn't finish fallout 3. I'm so bad at finishing. I don't want it to end. You die so very much at first on fallout. I rounded megaton and a deathclaw chased me down. Killed the robot in front and then ATE me. It wasn't nice.

LOL, I'm glad I'm not the only one who leaves games unfinished. It's a wretched habit but my mind often wanders and it's hard to reign it in.

I primarily got butchered by bandits I didn't see in time and crab creatures that enjoyed pinching my delicate flesh.

some of my other favorites are seduce me! (not actually an adult one despite the name), life is strange, the royal trap, and long live the queen. :)

The one path I that I did finish, I felt kind of sad at the ending. It was just shy of that happily ever after but I still really enjoyed the game. (I'm so bad with finishing games) With Amnesia, I actually found it on sale at IndieGala for a little under $3 a little over a year ago. I'd keep an eye out for that closer to the Steam sales, maybe you'll luck out!

I actually have Life is Strange on Xbox, something I really should get back into. It was fascinating from what I had seen. I'll have to look into the other three but if I remember right, I had seen Seduce Me! and it's one of those free VN. Time to start Steam back up and watch it download tons of updates. :D
