Messily! Everything fell out, I asked them where my cheese was at and they said "oh that doesn't come with cheese." So I asked them to add it for me after, then it was way better. I searched it on Wikipedia after the fact and got this juicy tidbit of info: "This dish originated in Mexico, and the name is derived from tortilla and the Spanish word for cheese; queso."
