I am open to adding all types of people from all types of backgrounds, writing styles and faith beliefs. I enjoy reading about people’s everyday lives, their thoughts on what’s important to them, and random silly things are always great too.

About me

I am a 30 year old female, living in Connecticut, USA. I write all of my posts in English.

I work at a college (staff) and enjoy my job 95% of the time. Of course, every job has its downfalls and drama, and that’s the other 5%. I typically rant about the 5%, but occasionally write the good stuff too (:

I am very family oriented. I am very close to my parents and two brothers, and tend to write about them often. I know some people find that too sappy, so putting it out there. I do also write about the family drama that of course every family has (:

While I am introvert, I do have a small group of friends that I hang out with and enjoy their company. I tend to write about our outings, plans for future outings/travel, etc.

I love taking photographs (not of myself).  These last couple of months I haven’t done much of that due to intense workload at work, but when I do, I often share the photos (I put most behind a cut).

Most weeks I post pretty much daily and at least once (sometimes more). There are times in the year life gets a little crazy at work and the posting gets knocked down to 2-4 times a week.

Other things I sometimes write about:
Video games – I am currently obsessed with World of Warcraft and play that almost daily. Other games I sometimes play and write about are SIMS3, BF3 and BF2.

Fictional Writing – I enjoy writing. I’ve written two books (never published and no intention of it). Sometimes I post blurbs from things I’ve written or short stories I’ve started but never finished.

Television Shows/Movies – I love watching television shows and movies, but I don’t always write about them. If something was really good and I need to ‘squee’ about it, then it’ll find itself into an entry, but this is random. Favorite shows right now are: Big Bang Theory, Psych, Family Guy, Vampire Diaries, Arrow, Beauty and the Beast, Game of Thrones, Dexter, Elementary, NCIS and reruns of Friends, Seinfeld and X-files.

YouTube Videos – I rarely post them, but sometimes I come across really funny commercials/videos or a song I just can’t get out of my head and will share.

Memes – Again, not really big on these, but once in a blue lagoon (NCIS fans?) I come across a meme I can’t pass up and will do it.

Hello. :) I'm an all type of person. :) I'd like to add you. What characters do you play in WoW? And for some reason BF3 & 2 are escaping my mind what they could be. I feel like I should know this. Do you post sim pic stories? I love those.

Great (:

I play a priest (heals), a warrior (tank - this one is brand new), a druid boomkin (dps), and I am also now leveling a pally (dps). LOL

I have both alliance and horde characters but right now I'm on an alliance server mostly, but might go back to horde if I get bored :D

BF2/3 are Battlefield games :D And I used to post SIM stories, but it took a lot of time and so I started to dwindle and then gave up HAHA. Once in a while I still post screen shots though.

I'm slightly obsessed with Sims and their grilled cheeses haha. :)

Yeah, it's a first person shooter game, so you strap on a gun and go around shooting other players (real people, though they have campaign mode which is single player). It's a bit addicting.

I don't PVP in WoW though, I play PVE (:
