Newbie looking for friends
Aug. 9th, 2024 02:01 pmName: wi110w (alias)
Age: 32 male
I mostly post about: Microblog, Internet interests, gaming (older), and maybe chess. I'll keep work-related material out of this journal.
My hobbies are: Urban biking, writing, and gaming
My fandoms are: Bea and Puppycat, Gilmore Girls, Eurekaseven, Greek and English Literature
I'm looking to meet people who: can entertain ideas. I'm a well-educated, small-city urbanite. I'm looking for intellectual-type folks who like to dig into problems but also chill out with a camp movie. I enjoy spending my evenings with a regular critic columnist and the adventurist, working-class foodie. My professional circle includes a lot of smart tech people from many backgrounds, so I'm looking outside of my comfort zone and going back to my Humanities major roots. I like solving big system problems, but that is only day stuff material.
My posting schedule tends to be: sporadic
When I add people, my dealbreakers are: Please don't add me if you must know my first name and my work and my city.
Before adding me, you should know: I have been here before but have taken about a 5 year break. I felt like my journal was too serious, and I want a place to be social without talking too seriously. I don't mind reading other people's rants. I just want to not rant here. I'm still working on my journal design, and then I will start posting soon. Thanks for reading!
