Hello!

Hello again, I should say! I joined in 2010, but soon left because of LJ. But LJ is deader than ever, and I only really have one friend on there. :( I am here to make long-lasting friends, as I have no real life ones. 

• My name is Merry and I'm 23.
• I like '90s rock, punk, and alternative music, and the same for early 2000s music.
• I also like Perfume and SCANDAL, which are Jpop and Jrock. I also have a fondness for Japanese OSTs. The Seatbelts, anyone?
• I play trumpet, piano, Native American flute(just learning this one), four-hole ocarina, tin whistle(learning this one also), and I have a ukulele coming to me in the mail. ^___^ I also sing.....alone in my room....mostly to male singers as I am an alto. :P 
• Although I no longer really watch anime, I do have some favorites, like Haibane Renmei and The Slayers. I also haven't watched a whole series except Haibane Renmei, I do like the bits and pieces of many others, namely InuYasha, Cardcaptor Sakura, Cowboy Bebop, and Trigun.
• As for movies, my favorite actress and actor are Audrey Hepburn(she's so charming and I love her films) and Johnny Depp(no, not because of his looks, but because of his AWESOME roles and acting; thank-you Tim Burton for the roles!), and so I guess you can tell from those two, that I like classic films and the likes of Edward Scissorhands and Alice in Wonderful 2010. I also like '80s films like Labyrinth, Last Unicorn, and so on.
• Books: fantasy is about all I read, except for my Louisa May Alcott collection, and A Little Princess(this is my Bible).
• I had a thing for fairytale retellings when I made this account. I now have since gotten rid of all my fairytale retelling books, but kept just the fairytale books. ;) Either way, fairytales rock....not so much for the retellings. 
• I hate TV.
• Here's an odd twist: I also like Radio Margaritaville.
• Taoism and Living Life are my beliefs, and I'm trying to slow down mentally and such.
