I'm Silvercat / Lydean. I don't really talk about myself much online, but my dreamwidth circle is tiny.

Age: 30

INTERESTS: Golden & Silver Age comics, Batman, 80s cartoons especially Thundercats, anime, manga, sci-fi, The Shadow, mid-century modern stuff, antiques, cute guys. The last thing I watched was s.Cry.ed, Annie, and Batman: The Brave and the Bold. The last thing I read was Small Gods by Pratchett and My Lady Nicotine by JM Barrie.

HOBBIES: I write, draw, make up languages, and various other things. The last project I finished was a bunch of bookmarks for a craft show and the last personal project was adding covers and specific authors for all The Shadow pulp novels. As you can see, I lead an exciting life, which is why I pay more attention to fandoms and hobbies.

LOOKING FOR: I'm not really picky. No politics or religion debating.

ANYTHING ELSE?: I'm also silvercat17 over at livejournal, if you care. My journal is primarily a mirror to my website and that's mostly commentaries on old comics and me squeeing about Mid-century Modern stuff.

What other comics do you like besides Batman? :) I have some Emma Frost and Ms. Marvel and Avengers, but you know I've never watched the Avengers movie hehe. :)

Mostly anything Golden or Silver age: Batman, Plastic Man, and Captain Britain are the ones I'm reading right now. I used to be a big X-men fan but I got tired of the soap opera of it. There are very few modern comics I read: Deadpool or anything humorous, anything DCAU.

Technically they do... Actually you can find a lot of the trade paperbacks in used book stores if you're into that. Or there are other sources...

Do you happen to play any games, superhero or other? I started playing Avengers Alliance on FB because of my friend a couple days ago. It's fun. :)

I avoid Facebook games for the most part. I played Lego Batman and I mean to get the second one. Other than that it's just the occasional flash game.
