WHAT I POST ABOUT; My pregnancy, my husband, my dogs, my day to day life, the occasional rant, once in awhile a meme, pictures, and sometimes I post about books/tv shows/movies but usually more in passing than anything else.
HOBBIES; I'm an avid reader with romance novels being my main genre of choice (no I've not read 50 shades and I probably won't), I'd probably be classified as a tv addict some of my favorite (but not a full list) include Bones, Criminal Minds, Leverage, Supernatural, The Closer, Psych, Common Law, South Park, Family Guy, American Dad and many many more, I enjoy the occasional movie, I play World of Warcraft and I'd be classified an achievement whore, and that is all I can come up with off the top of my head.
LOOKING FOR; I'd love to get to know some other first to moms/first time moms to be. I enjoy a diverse group of people. The only things I will not put up with are bullying and completely and utterly negative people <--- not be confused with having a rough time but people who could be handed a million dollars with no catch and still manage to find something to complain about.
ANYTHING ELSE; I've been journaling since I was 15 on lj but I'm slowly making the transition over to dreamwidth it would be lovely to have friends here to make that more enjoyable. :) As for me I'd describe myself like this -

I believe in laughter, chocolate, the power of a smile, the safety of a hug, and the warmth of a morning bed. I think you should kiss as often as you can, that you should hold hands whenever the chance arises, that you can't over use I love you, that you should never let your prayin' knees get lazy, and that everything happens for a reason. The colors pink and blue are magical, vanilla and pumpkin spice are the perfect scents, and love is the world's most perfect feeling. Life is short so love like crazy, laugh until you cry, and always find a reason to smile!

i'd love to get to know you! the thing that struck me most was "everything happens for a reason" -- that's my mantra. :) i also love the show psych, but i watch very little tv (i'm more of a video gamer). i'll grant access for a day or two and if i don't get anything back from you, i'll assume you're not interested. ;) i highly recommend checking out my "i'm a dork yay!" tag because it portrays most accurately how i normally write.
