addme | (no subject)

I wanna read more people, please! :) If you don't think you would like having me on your reading page after... reading this, but you feel you fit into what I like to read then I'll most likely be ok with just your access as long as you respond to my comments. Which I make a lot of. :) I would love mutual circle people though! Especially those who comment once in a while to let me know they are reading me. :)

So let's see... my last posts have been:

1. a lolcat picture and a joke I made and a story about my experiences with a duck pond
2. links to my tumblr and twitter which I just made this morning... and being ashamed of making them. :P (oh and don't worry I will NOT be setting my tweets to post on here)
3. a post with random facts about myself (not a meme), some of which are quite personal
4. a stupid, short pointless post hehe XD
5. Something I said in Runescape that amused me but halted people that were talking. XD AND how great I'm feeling! :D
6. How I missed my best friend (who I only can talk to online) because I slept all afternoon.
7. another few random facts about myself
8. a post on a soapbox probably offensive to a lot of people that was pretty much anti-children

You can look on my profile to see my interests which I've updated recently but I don't think they give a good indication of what I write about, but they are stuff I like and like I said I wanna read more people. :)

People that read me seem to think I'm funny and witty. All I know is I amuse myself. :P Just a few days ago I got back on the med I had to stop taking last year for monetary reasons and I'm doing freakin' fantastic and hope to stay that way! I am REALLY popsiclin' chatty especially the last couple days since I've been so donut happy. :) Oh and I'm trying to not swear anymore and I've usually been replacing the swears with foods and such. :P

If you play Runescape I will love you. That's my current obsession hehe. I'm considering trying not to mention the donut thing anymore, but it may be difficult because even though no one in my circle knows what the ho-hos I'm talking about is I get excited and want to share. :)

I basically wanna read people who post about their lives, day to day stuff, video games and well anything on my interests and such even though you may think you are boring.

Ok some things I DON'T want to read

Fandom/fanfic/celebrity obsessions etc. 90% of my network is that stuff and it makes me write the sadface. :( See?
Stuff like comparing people's sexual "abilities." And I don't really like excessive or detailed sex talk.
Drug talk or how you get drunk every weekend. I'm 34 and don't care for that stuff anymore.
twitter repostings. Sorry, nothing is fun about reading one side of a conversation.
Err... let's just say I REALLY dislike children and remind myself almost everyday how thankful I am I never had one.
Pure or almost pure photo/video journals. From what I saw on tumblr that's more the place for pictures.

uhm... geez that's a lot of dislikes. Now I feel like a McNugget haha!

If you read all this thank you so much! And if you didn't, that's ok. I did say I'm VERY chatty when I'm happy hehe. :)

I mean, you were honest, knew what you were looking for/not looking for--that's a good post. You're detailed and it should be a clear indicator to those who read your post whether they'd like or not like you.

I'm glad you gave me a chance though. I do like your entries/comments too and yes I know we are very different. But see that's one thing. I'm different than most. It's just the way things are. But I can be friends with a lot of people different than me. (though not all of course)

If more people gave me a chance on here... and daresay in the dating world... I think some of them would like me too. :)

I like to get to know people of all sorts. :) Its more fun that way.

People should give you more of a chance. Shame on them.

Because I have been using my journal for this much longer than tumblr has been around. Never used that site, my friends are on here and LJ already.

I wasn't mad at you or anything, I was just worried for our mutual friend if that creep decides to take even more of an interest in her. It's happened to me a couple of times almost the same way as she describes, with them just being creepy and bothersome to start and then progressing to them trying to follow me outside, etc.

Doooonuuuuut. :(

Maybe I can find a woolly sea turtle to friend me. :P

I mostly write about my life, but there is an occasional fandom mention. I can't stand being around children, either. *shudder* We could try being friends and if it doesn't work out, no harm done? :)
