gah. three introductory spiels in one night. i think i might splode.

i'm a girl. i'm too lazy to use capital letters; coincidentally, i happen to like the way lowercase letters look all strung together. also, i don't believe in coincidences.

this is my journal. it's a game with myself to see how much i can talk about myself without revealing personal facts about my life. i only write when i'm not pmsing, which is about two weeks out of every month. i hate writing out loud when i'm emo, which is what happens the other two weeks out of the month, so i tend to stick to my private diary during that time. try to miss me while i'm gone; it makes me feel loved.

i'm a needy creature, pretty much like all the other ones. i like affection, love, friendship and validation. i don't like mean people; however, i sometimes get mistaken for a mean person because i don't muck about with political correctness. i like to be able to breathe easy around my friends and i believe authenticity is *really* what makes the world go 'round. so if you're one of those types who likes specific words to be used for specific situations, i'd love to be your friend but you probably won't love being mine.

i like to be funny. i feel like laughter is the second best possible thing i can contribute to the world. of course love is the first. but it's also the hardest. love, laughter and laziness. *nod* yep, i think that pretty much sums me up.

that says all the things that need saying, but in case you're a gluttonous word fiend, here's more:

i'm not old but i'm not young either. i'm almost exactly in the middle. really, age doesn't matter when you don't even act like the one that belongs to you. which is why i'm being vague. also, in case you didn't read my profile bio (in spite of the fact that i so nicely pasted it here for you to read??? seriously?), i don't like sharing a whole lot of personal facts about myself. i share a little bit, here and there, like a treasure hunt, so only my devoted stalkers will be able to glean anything about me that really matters.

i kissed a frog once, 39% convinced it would turn into a prince and then 100% disappointed that it didn't. i'm telling you this so you'll get a smidgen of a clue that i'm quirky and weird. it's more fun to give you an example than to just say, "i'm quirky and weird."

i explain myself a lot.

hey dammit, i tried posting a video here lol Okay so, first of all...I'm random...you seem like my breed of person...does that make sense? i dont think so but it's a start. i'm trying to decide if i want to make the switch here from livejournal but i will need to meet some damn awesome people here to convince me. so far because of you I am 54% convinced to stay here. more than half! it's a start.

i'm 25, married and mother of one beautiful one year old who just turned one on the 17th :) I'm agnostic, a Jack white fan (I posted a lyrics video to we are going to be friends and dw ate it pfft.) i like old stuff and old games. vintage i guess you could say. i'm artistic and i like cooking. soooo yeah. that's the gist until i get my profile put together :)

i am a vintage fan as well. i consider myself more creative than artistic; i love to create but i don't draw/paint as well as i'd like. (of course, my mom says i can draw better than i give myself credit for and she may well be right but i'm too impatient to find out. LOL)

ALSO. do you want to know what would have been a shoo-in if not for the song reference? you spell 'faeries' correctly. *grin* (yes, i stalked your profile.)
