INTERESTS: I'm senior English Lit undergrad writing my thesis on Tolkien (among other things).
I love to read and to watch TV and movies. I'm not super fandom-active (I read fanfic and talk about the media I consume, but I don't make icons or write fic or make fanart or anything) so hopefully I'll appeal to both sides of the fandom fence. I love to read DIY/Home blogs - I'm just a college kiddo right now, but I'm an introvert who likes to nest, so reading about other peoples well-organized and pretty houses soothes and inspires me.
I'm also interested in my cat, but as any cat-lady knows, that hardly needs saying.

HOBBIES: Cooking, Drinking, Reading, Journaling, Movie-watching.

LOOKING FOR: I'm just looking to make some friends - I'd like us to find each other's journals mutually interesting. We don't have to have identical views or interests, but it'd be best if only queer-supporting and pro-choice/women's rights sorts of people apply. I'm all for diverse opinion, but I also consider my journal a bit of a sanctuary from endless and fruitless political debate.

I love to read and watch movies. I take my journals seriously and I write in them everyday. I'm trying to learn to cook better, but it's not on the top list of my priorities XD.

I'm 21 too, but I'm not currently in school right now. I still live at home and I'm generally kind of messy, but I do like to post pictures of my possessions esp. my books. I think we'd get along since I consider myself to be a cat lady! (I have four fur babies)

also-- awesome thesis topic! I'm writing my thesis right now too, but on a more boring subject. I'm pretty liberal, and also hop around the fandom fence! It looks like we have a lot of overlapping interests (HP, 30 rock, arrested development, harry/draco, jeff/annie, etc. etc.), so I'd love to get to know you more. I used to be really active in a ton of random fandoms when I was younger, but I'm not anymore... I did an intro here, if you want to know a bit more :)
