Hello! My friends' list seems to be petering out..

I'm Iris (often known as Zelda), 23, a Canadian who moved to the USA for love. I have an adorable cat and corgi. I love, love, love video games. I like the occassional anime. I am also slowly changing into a health nerd.

I would like to have something in common with you to strike conversation about (even something just like any video game or any anime), but it's not really required. Geeky internet stuff works, too. I'm also into the typical things such as reading, writing, music.. I've made journal friends that I had nothing in common with and I enjoyed them immensely.

I make journal friends and keep them for years. This is usually my goal. I like to hear about what you like and your day to day life. I don't mind fanfic/fanart/etcetera, but.. it likely won't work out if that's all your journal is. I'm here to read about you. I mainly talk about my daily endeavors, what games I am playing, my pets, my husband.. you get the idea.~

I'm also looking for people who are already active here and not just trying it out. It's disheartening to friend twenty people, and then all twenty abandon their accounts in a month. I'm here to stay, and this is my main journal. I'm looking for other DW users who use this as their main home and are here to stay!
