This is I think... my second entry here? Yeah, I'ma go with that. I took a month-long hiatus from DW and what better way to cement my return than by expanding my friend circle? It's nice to meet new people :)
NAME: Kandy
AGE: 22 (feel like I'm in a midlife crisis already though)
INTERESTS: zombies, video games, art, music, geology, pokemon, bunnies, history, paranormal stuff (I'm a skeptic), fashion, body modification, anime & manga, and other stuff that's in my profile interests ;)
HOBBIES: Reading, writing, painting, photography, video games, smoking, shopping, learning new things... can't think of much else right now, I'm braindead in the morning.
LOOKING FOR: Open-minded, intelligent, tolerant people of all different creeds, colors and genders. I get along with most anyone online as long as we can be equally accepting of one another n_n
ANYTHING ELSE?: Did you know, that if all the bees in the world suddenly went extinct, mankind would have 3 years left to exist (give or take)? Forget saving the whales, SAVE THE BEES!

すみません!
My mother is deathly allergic to all five members of "the venomous attack force" [bees, yellowjackets, both types of wasps, hornets] and I would like to know more information.
Personally, I'm not open-minded/tolerant or intelligent outside my foci of the Grecolatin/Japanese/Russian cultures, orthography, and double reed music so you probably wouldn't want to be my friend, particularly as I'm a huge morning person, can't stand zombies, and cannot stay in the same room as smokers in interest of my music abilities. ^^;;
Re: すみません!
The bee thing I heard from word of mouth. Actually if I recall correctly it was something Albert Einstein concluded, but I'll have to do some googling to find out if that's true.
Re: すみません!
The bee fact is just something I doubt due to past experience with yellow and black insects that buzz and kill when Epi-Pens cannot be found.
There IS a false hornet in existence which stole the warning marking and is harmless IRL, but it's generally best for me and my relatives just not to check u_u;;;
The E.R. is best left as a television show and not as a real life experience any more.
I have too much experience with anaphylactic shock.

Re: すみません!
Where is the source? It hasn't displayed to me. ^^;;
Re: すみません!
And oops! Sorry about that, forgot to post the link n_n'

Would you like to be friends?
Oh, I've read about Colony Collapse Disorder before!
"[W]ithout [bees'] services, as much as third of the crops we consume might collapse as well[.]"
Couldn't mankind at a whole survive on two thirds, with a shift in diet to more meat?
