Hello! I'm milquetoaster . I was here on Dreamwidth a while ago, but I got terribly discouraged by the lack of interesting types and crawled  away to weep somewhere. Anyway, I'm back - and I'd like friends, please.

Some stuff:

 - I'm old, older than I look. Mid-twenties at least. I can feel death's clammy hands around my neck.

 - I don't read fanfiction, I don't write fanfiction. I'm trying to keep my life a fanfiction free zone.

 - I like animals, as long as they're not all up in my face, barking and such. Cats are a personal favourite, with goldfish as runner-up.

- I dye my hair a lot of funny colours and have various bits pierced. This will have no bearing on my entries that I can see, I just thought it'd be nice for you to know.

 -  I wouldn't say I was conservative as such - I voted Liberal Democrat in the last election - but I'm quite old-fashioned in some of my ideas.

 - I'm pretty bad-tempered, and I don't get on with a lot of people. I can be quite cynical and sarcastic at times.

 - Video games are what I'm all about recently. Fallout: New Vegas is taking up a lot of my time, as well as Dead Rising 2 and Borderlands. I like older platforms as well, though -  the SNES and Gamecube especially.

 - I read a lot. Children's fantasy lately, but I'll pretty much pick up anything. Not Twilight, obviously.

 -  My musical tastes are quite narrow, when I think about it. I can't get away from indiepop. It just sounds sublime to me!

I'm rather concerned about the kitty torment icons, but I'm sure they are OK really!

If mid-twenties is old then I am ancient...well yes, I guess I am!
