Yet another refugee from LiveJournal. I'm still trying to figure out how things work here.

This is an opera translation journal. I translate opera scenes and arias for fun. I take requests. If you think this can be useful or amusing to you, feel free to add me. If not, er, feel free to ignore the soprano in the corner.

If you know of any fun opera or classical music or translation or language communities on DW, I'd be glad to know about them.

I don't know any communities right off the top of my head, but you can always suggest someone make them over at create_my_comm!

Though there's a small group of classical music fans here, sadly we really haven't started up any comms yet. Apart from, um, pearsbritten, which is mostly me and a friend of mine.

I'd certainly be interested in one, though!
