NAME: Meagan
AGE: 34
INTERESTS & HOBBIES:
Reading: I'm a big reader, if I'm not reading a book I'm usually sick or something is wrong. I pretty much read anything (I'm trying to get into mysteries) but Historical Fiction is my go to -- Tudor Era, Greek Mythology & Medieval are my usual ventures but I will read anything. Stephen King is one of my favorite authors, so I love reading his books. I don't delve much into horror except him and his son but looking to expand.
Gamer: I love playing games. I don't have much time to play but I love Assassin's Creed and am currently working my way through Assassin's Creed Odyssey again. I used to play World of Warcraft but stopped because it was getting boring, now I'm mini boycotting because of Blizzard. I need more games to play.
Sports: BASEBALL! I love baseball. Boston Red Sox, San Francisco Giants & Philadelphia Phillies are my teams. I also have a soft sport for the New York Mets. If it's baseball season that's most likely what I'm watching when I'm not at work. Have started to watch college Baseball as well since that's the only baseball I had when the lockout was happening. Hockey is my second favorite sport; with Boston Bruins being my favorite team. (With a soft sport for Dallas Stars -- mostly because of Tyler Seguin.) Football and Basketball are take it or leave it. I can sit through a football game but basketball is harder. New England Patriots & San Francisco 49ers are my football teams, with Boston Celtics being my basketball team.
Marvelverse: Huge fan of Marvel. TV Shows, Movies and I do read some of the comics as well.they've gotten so expensive though. Favorites are Scarlet Witch, Doctor Strange & Ms Marvel. I'm about to start to watch the Netflix Marvel shows now that they've moved to Disney plus. Favorite marvel movie has to be Doctor Strange & Civil War. Favorite TV show is Hawkeye & Wandavision.
TV : I don't have much time to watch TV with work, but I do enjoy Doctor Who (Third Doctor, Seventh Doctor & Ninths Doctor are my favorites; with Rose Tyler, Ace McShane & Sarah Jane Smith being my favorite companions.) I will watch The Office repeatedly and it will most likely be on in the background for noise. Anxiously awaiting the second season of Shadow & Bone (the books are also amazing)
LOOKING FOR: Anyone with common interests or you think we'll get along. I'm open to anyone.
ANYTHING ELSE?: I curse like a sailor, so if that bothers you I'd avoid my journal. I mostly post about work, but sometimes if I don't work something else might be posted! I used to write and post that but I haven't written anything in a while. I also have sever anxiety and depression so that pops up a lot as well.
