Hello~!

 I'm Jillian; 19, 20 in late september, on summer break after finishing my first year in college as a Japanese major. I live and go to college in Alaska, where I have lived for most of my life. My dad was in the air force, so I was: born in colorado, moved to alaska, then to nebraska, then to texas, and back to alaska. I currently live with my mom, dad, 15 year old sister, and dog, but am awaiting a dorm room assignment for the fall semester. 

I have a blackberry, and I love it! There should be more apps readily available, but the OS and keyboard and everything is awesome. I text and email and instant message on it more than I use it as an actual phone. 

I'm agnostic; my family has never been very big on religion. I respect that others are religious, but I do not enjoy having religion shoved down my throat. I'm also firmly pro-choice and pretty democratic and liberal, if that matters. 

I enjoy writing, and it has been my dream for a long time to someday get published and be famous for my novels. I enjoy art as well, though I'm not as good at it; to be very good, I have to have whatever I'm drawing in front of me to look at. I enjoy traveling as well, and have been to Japan. I hope to go back as soon as I can, it was very nice there. 

Other interests include: reading novels, taking drives in my car, nail polish, spending time with friends, doing outside activities in nice weather, and meeting new people. 

I would really like to be friends on here with people who update and comment, so that I would be motivated to update more and comment frequently on their entries as well.
