Hello, Everyone!
NAME: Georgiana is not my legal name, but it's what I use here. Some also call me Georgie.
AGE: Thirty-eight.
INTERESTS & HOBBIES: antique menswear, archery, aristocracy, art, audio games, baking, baths, boating, books, british humour, cards, cats, classical music, coffee, cooking, crafts, dandies, dandyism, dice, dinner parties, documentaries, dog shows, dogs, edwardian, elocution, england, eton, fencing, fortepiano, french, gardening, grammar, Grand Tour, history, latin, museums, nature, new jersey, nobility, organic food, parapsychology, parlour games, reading, received pronunciation, regency, silver fork novels, snuff, tea, tennis, theatre, Transatlantic accent, upper class, victorian, wit, wordplay, writing.
LOOKING FOR: I am already in a loving relationship, so I am seeking platonic friendship only. I would like to find those who share my interests.
ANYTHING ELSE?: I live in New Jersey, the United States. I enjoy Grammar prescriptivism, studying dandyism and anything having to do with high culture, trying different teas and nasal snuffs, cooking and baking from scratch, reading nineteenth-century literature, writing, and playing card, dice, and parlour games. I love wit, wordplay, and sarcastic humour without vulgarity. I don't drink (barring dealcoholised wine) or do drugs. I neither have nor want children, and I am not religious. While I am a woman, I do not wear feminine clothing, makeup, cosmetics, etc. That said, I do have a strong interest in antique menswear and accessories. I have no time for drama, lies, or political correctness, nor am I anyone's therapist, so if you always write about depression, anxiety, marital issues, or just complain constantly, please do not expect me to subscribe to you. I like to keep my life and those in it positive. I have been totally blind since I was two months old, so I won't be posting much visual content.

If you are a lover of dandies as I am,, or even if you merely wish to learn a bit about them, I highly recommend this site.
http://www.dandyism.net
This one is also fairly good.

Both of the above discuss not only dandies of the past but of today. I also fully enjoyed The Beaux and the Dandies by Clare Jerrold and Dandies and men of letters by Leon H. Vincent, both of which are freely available online.
Cats are beautiful and wonderful to hold, especially when they pur in your lap, though they do have minds of their own and insist on proving to us humans that we are their subjects. Since you are a tea enthusiast, you will love this site. I am not affiliated with them. I am merely an extremely happy customer.
