It sounds like we have some common interests. I enjoy reading and writing, and I post about food fairly often. I did a whole batch of Buddha's hand stuff, which is currently in its very short season of availability, if you like lemon you'll probably love it.

Huh, I think that's the first time I've ever seen a Buddha's hand. I don't remember ever seeing it where I live at all. Shame, it looks like an interesting challenge to work with it.

I had read about them long before I saw one. First time was last year at Harvest Market, and we loved it. This year we both made happy squee when we saw them come in season. County Market had some too, cheaper. Try health food stores or Asian markets in your area.
