I've been watching way too many horror movies lately, meaning I'm afraid I will eventually run out of horror movies to watch @_@

Kurt Vonnegut is probably my favourite author, but I can't bring myself to read all of his books quickly. Cat's Cradle was my first, and I knew all the others would be great as well! I have been trying to slowly pace myself through his books because I have this irrational hatred of running out of content...

That being said, I am definitely overdue to read another by him and I will have to read Mother Night if you recommend it!

Mother Night is a great read, one of Kurt's best in my opinion, up there with Cat's Cradle and Slaughterhouse Five. A complete roller-coaster of a bad and bizarre situation that just gets worse.

Also, for a SF story from the same era of writer, there's the very haunting Harlan Ellison's short story I Have No Mouth And I Must Scream.

They made it into a PC game in the 90s, which I would love to get hold of and I can only imagine how awesome the BBC radio play would have been. Those deep BBC accents would have been gloriously creepy.

Now if someone ever gets around to doing a film...

Loving Bob's Burgers at the moment ^^ and I definitely feel the working for a job I don't really like... luckily it means I can get treats for my two cats ^^
