hoopdance is a wonderful type of object manipulation that involves using an adult sized version of a "hula hoop." if you check out hooping or hoopdance on youtube you'll find thousands of great videos of girls and guys getting their hoop grooves on!

another great resource is HoopCity which is an online community devoted to hooping and hoopdance :)

I am very intrigued by hoopdance. I have a hoop, but just have to figure out the mechanics of it. I am not very good yet.
