INTERESTS AND HOBBIES I'm your average Canadian high schooler. I'm pretty into LGBTQ rights, and I've been asked to run a club at my school. I'm pretty into support and I feel that the kids that are in my school definitely need it, so I took it pretty easily. There's no way kids should be going what they're going through right now for something so... unimportant in the long run. I honestly don't think it's about myself in this matter as many people are telling me it is, but more the fact that if I can help people I'll feel that I made a difference. If I can revert some people from making terrible decisions than I can't really be judged, now can I?

I'm an avid gamer, I'd say. I'm really huge on JRPGs, or any sort of RPG for that matter. I just find the gameplay really fun and I sort of can't help myself at times. I've probably played every handheld RPG on this planet (barred Sony, as much as I like to sound like I'm some huge mega gamer I really only play on my DS/PSP.) I also watch some anime from time to time, I mean to watch more of it but I get pretty busy.

Last thing to note is that I'm an avid badminton player. I play competitively right now and I absolutely adore the sport. I can't think of another one that could hook me in like this.

LOOKING FOR: I'm seriously a lax guy. If you think that we can be friends, just hit me up! I'd love to have some people my age (I'm sort of the young one in my circle of online friends. That isn't a bad thing, it's just that I don't get to speak to many people my age.) so that would be nice! If not as long as you're cool and want to get to know me I don't see any problems.
ANYTHING ELSE?: idk I'm French Canadian, totally bilingual and I want to re-visit Montreal with all my might.

but alas I have my DS and that is it. Well I have my PSP too but I don't have an actual Playstation2/Playstation3 or I would have bought those games. Sigh. My life. I really should have invested in a PlayStation2 a long time ago but never seriously got around to it.

Hey cool, before I graduated (I'm recently 20 now) I started up the Gay-Straight Alliance at my high school. :) Good for you!

Also, it's nice to see someone who speaks French; it's surprisingly hard to find them on this site (I suppose since it's just small in general, compared to others like it).

Do you speak French? I've been working hard at it in school for 12 years, and I absolutely adore the language. A huge pain in the ass to write at times, but still completely enjoyable.

Un peu! I was only able to take it for 5-ish years in school, as we couldn't start taking languages until eighth grade, but I completely exhausted my high school's supply of French classes and took the Advanced Placement test. xD I know I'm a bit rusty (mostly at writing it), but I can read French very well. I miss it quite a lot, since I know no francophones in real life.

Well I would be glad to add you if you do not mind! I love people who have a real interest in the French language, and you certainly do have one. I hope that you can find a way to continue speaking it :)

Sure! I'll be honest, I don't have any entries in French yet, but if you do I'll gladly comment in French. ;) And thank you! I hope so too - it's one of the disadvantages of being in the US, it's hard to exercise any language other than English. xD
